Trying to change PR due to death of my mom. Spoke to Kim Walters several times in January in order to fill out the proper papers. She said on several occasions the papers were in the mail. It is now May and the situation has not been resolved. In May spoke to Gary another attorney at the office he sent out papers within the week. I sent papers back but probate court still does not have the papers. This is not very complicated just filling out papers and filing it should not take almost 6 months.
