I have a valid EEOC case, where employer caused a relapse in mental health, which I am covered due to mental health diagnosis. The law firm was unable to help me, nor would accept my case. Please seek other law firm for EEOC cases. They do not care about your pain and suffering.

I appreciated my experience with The Smithey Group. Intake Coordinator, Austin and Attorney Alexis. My contact with them was on point and they demonstrated much intention to support me in equal justice of my concerns. I came to them on a day of my breaking point from such ongoing devestating treatment and harrassing actions towards me by my employer. They listened with compassion, they were patient with my conversation, helped me to relax and calm down, to a point that I was able to gain my composure and hear them through the processing of their information…which was explained to me very thoroughly. I was given crucial information to getting the process started on my own although I wasn’t prepared to contract.
