I was injured at work and initially contacted another law firm. Without mentioning names, I had a horrid experience. I couldn’t get in contact with my lawyer. They didn’t follow through on anything from their end which meant paperwork was never submitted; but after almost a year of a bad experience, my case was transferred here. I had never dealt with workers comp, or lawyers before in general, so I didn’t know that the previous experience was bad until I started working with Kenneth Macleay and his team. They were so on top of everything, including cleaning up the mess left from the last firm. They took the time to contact me, make sure I understood everything that was going on, next steps, and timelines. I felt supported 100% of the way. A huge shoutout to the gentlemen at the front desk who always picked up the phone with such a welcoming attitude (my apologies I’m so bad with names), Kimberly, Bill, Lorie, and everyone else on Mr. Macleay’s team. You all made this experience great for me. Thank you for treating me like part of the family when I know you have so many other clients. I never felt like just a number which is hard to find these days.
Horrible staff. Never calls or emails back. Waited over a year to get our case worked on. Never heard anymore about it and we’ve called, texted and emailed many times. Hiring a new lawyer due to the unorganization at this place. They take forever to even get started on cases then act annoyed because you’re wondering what’s going on.
