Quite possibly one of the worst experiences I’ve been witness to in law. Kendall charged large amounts to be under prepared and fumble over her words and cluttered out of order documents in the court room. I personally witnessed this experience from both sides. The opposing legal team was even cautioning their opposition to Kendall’s billing and case handling prior to the court date. Ultimately Sam Brown’s team was retained instead after an embarrassing day and made quick work of wrapping up the case that otherwise would have continued to drag out under Kendall. I would caution against retaining her if you are considering. While my friends case is over now, her unprofessional presentation and practice have stuck with me all this time.
