Chuck Trainor took me when everyone else just shrugged me off, there was one lawyer that made me cry numerous times.. then i found Mr. Trainor. Chuck has treated me like family, he has genuinely cares about me and put my best interest first. He was very patient with me and was always ok with me taking breaks as some things are difficult to discuss.. Chuck was always quick on responding to me, always easy to get a hold of and is just such a delightful person to talk to.
Chuck Tranior was my workers comp attorney and I HIGHLY recommend Chuck to anyone who needs a lawyer. He is very responsive to any email or phone call , explaining everything to make sure that you understand each step of the way. You will not be disappointed should you hire him.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Attorney Rand is supposed to represent an Estate not a Personal Representative. He has not been looking out for the Estate in my experience. It appears he is instead representing an individual and has been extremely unprofessional to date regarding my Grandmother’s Estate. I emailed him regarding the items my grandmother left me and my children in her Will on 3/11. It is now 3/24 and I have yet to hear from him. My Grandmother passed away in September and we have yet to have any contact from this firm except letters informing me what he is helping the Personal Rep do to ensure her own needs and wants are being met. Stay away from this firm.
