Neil Jamieson represented me in a divorce and PFA hearing. The process of finalizing everything was quick however mistakes were made. I gave my original title in which he initially claimed I never gave it to him and then after calling and emailing him the document is lost by someone else as he has a scanned copy of the title. I was told to apply for another title as the opposing counsel lost it after my many calls and texts to Jamieson. I am still trying to get my original document or revised statements to be correct so that I can take necessary actions for my new title a year later. As of right now, he still has not returned my calls, texts or emails.
I called in the morning to hire their services for LLC legal advice. The receptionist seemed like they maybe would provide the service in request. I left a message for a call back. When the call back the woman says “I’m looking for Kivvy Spears,” I say “this is” Then says “that’s a weird name…” dead silence for moments. I say “thanks…” she then says “we’ll what do you want?”
