Absolutely useless, rude receptionist named Cathy or Kathy, one of those unmemorable spellings, that relies completely on “I can’t answer that question I’m just a low IQ receptionist” to avoid responsibility and swat victims away who need help, company advertises “general law” but will not submit a one page piece of paper to a courthouse five minutes away without charging you /TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS/ for simply the consultation to tell you whether or not they can help you, this would be free elsewhere. Never ever ever call these people. They don’t care about your cases and are in this solely for money. They will speak to you with disrespect the second they stop making money off of you. The services they try to refer you to are all closed or produce zero search results. Enjoy having this 1star branded on your company for life because of your failures.
