Macdonald Chase & Dufour: Holland Elaine M in Bangor, Maine, is a law firm that has received mixed reviews from clients regarding their services as attorneys and lawyers. While some clients have expressed frustration over unprofessionalism and communication issues, others have praised the firm for its pleasant atmosphere and excellent personalities. Overall, the firm seems to have the potential to provide a positive experience, but there may be inconsistencies in client management that need addressing.
I had been a client for almost two years waiting for my social security case to come up. David Chase waited until almost the last minute to gather up what evidence they needed. He had two years and chose to wait until a month before the hearing.Very unprofessional and rude horrible people skills. Had me find some documents on my own it’s like he didn’t he even care to do anything himself.
I attempted to retain services with this firm and was denied for reasons out of my control and no attempt was made by the firm to fix the extenuating circumstances, which required them reaching out to my healthcare provider about a clerical error that had happened during medical records processing. As the recipient, I was informed that the firm had to be the one reaching out. What made them even more unprofessional is when I was informed that I was being refused to be taken on as a client? This firm left me without a referral, leaving me to either represent myself or to find another attorney on my own. When I reached out about this issue, I was given the name of a law firm that does not practice the type of law I need representation with.
