While Ms. Vishnefski began our attorney-client relationship with strong communication and professionalism, this level of service significantly declined over time. I paid an additional fee for her to handle another legal matter, but following a court appearance, she confused me with another client who shared my profession and was going through a similar case. This raised serious concerns about her grasp of the specifics of my case, particularly regarding the private discussions that took place with the ADA.
