Scheduled an appointment with Ms. Norris last week and verified the cancellation policy. I received a confirmation email yesterday for our 15-minute call scheduled for today at 3pm. When I didn’t receive a call, I contacted another attorney. Ms. Norris called 16 minutes after our scheduled time and emailed an appointment cancellation. I replied asking if there was a conflict during our appointment time. She did not apologize for, explain, or even mention her tardiness — just curtly stated that she called and there was no answer. I made sure I was available during the scheduled time out of respect to Ms. Norris. It is sad that she did not uphold the same standards. This was a very unprofessional and off-putting introduction to Ms. Norris and her firm and will not be using her services now or in the future.
