I was approved in march of 2024 for assistance. It’s now almost June and I have called countless times and left more voicemails than I can count trying to get someone to call me back. I haven’t gotten a single phone call, text, email or letter. I just don’t understand how they help people if they never pick up a phone. I will update and edit this if by some miracle they get in contact with me.

I filed for them in June for custody of my children due to my ex taking them and they gave me the runaround and would never answer my phone call or return my phone call well about a week ago I was informed that they could not take my case and I have a court hearing on the 19th so I am very upset with their organization because it’s like they take their own sweet time to help people
