Was assigned to this law firm to assist us with a diminished value and time lost claim that safeco denied to pay. Poor communication throughout the entire process. Informed the firm multiple times I was the point of contact for this case and they kept trying to contact my partner. Was only ever able to speak to his assistants after our initial conversation. They told me they sent 3 certified letters to safeco but I have nothing to verify that and was never copied on any email communications. I provided all the contacts I had delt with at safeco. At one point the firm told me we already filed a diminish value claim and it was denied. YES that’s the whole reason we got a law firm involved to begin with!
