I retained an attorney from this firm regarding divorce/custody. During the first meeting I had mentioned to my attorney who my husband and his family were. She then made me aware that she had represented my husband in a previous custody case. I was not aware what conflict of interest was because I don’t have a law degree. She assured me it wouldn’t be an issue. Upon my first hearing, my husband filed for conflict of interest and my attorney fired me at the judges request. RETAINER FEE NON-REFUNDABLE.
