Attorney Rosalyn Ruffin Duley is by far the most dedicated attorney I’ve ever worked with. She is prioritizes educating me as her client while also creating a safe space for me to express my needs and concerns. I have been divorced for an entire year, didn’t receive any documentation about the divorce being finalized. First court appearance we were granted a divorce, ex husband was able to gain 50/50 custody of the children and he is a truck driver. He has been stalking and harassing me since the first court date. She didn’t put in a restraining order, I had to go in and file it myself. When speaking with her she always tells you she will call back and never return calls. She didn’t do her homework and pull up his tax records so I can receive any type of support from my ex husband and agrees with everything his attorney say (who are her friends) so I have been waiting to go back to court for assets for a whole year. My ex lawyer run to her about my Facebook posts and instead of consulting with me about what I said, she takes their side. I don’t believe you should take on clients if you aren’t going to put in the work.
