We paid 3000 upfront for him to represent us on a adoption we are trying to stop. We went to court on 4-6-21. He was in court with us for 3 hours. He Did not even call two of our witnesses that he already had Sworn in as witnesses. We provided all the paper work for him to prove our case. There was nothing for him to look up or gather info on. He would not respond to us by phone. Only got to meet with him a couple hours before court. we live in Oklahoma you would think he would at least call and discuss the case before a couple hours before court. Today is 4-14-21. We finally contacted his Secretary today after a week of calling the office with no return calls from his office. We told the secretary we wanted him to appeal the court decision. We are told today by her we will have to pay another 3000 upfront for him to file the appeal. Not impressed at all with the work he preformed.
He has always been a great representative but I am very unsatisfied with his work on my current case bc ANY PERSON WITH COMMON SENSE could see that this case is bogus!! I believe he could and still can do what is right and represent my children and i, with just THE FACTS, and there no doubt in my mind we could win this case!! For starters OCS has to discuss your case plan within the first 90 days or your case by law should be thrown out, if that isn’t enough how is the case still ongoing almost two and a half years later… I’m just going to leave that there but if anyone has any knowledge of the law I think you’d agree with me and I’d appreciate all the help that I can get because Allen parish is not helping us and I don’t have the money to pay off the people.
