Overall, the reviews reflect a complex experience, where positive interactions are overshadowed by concerns about accessibility and responsiveness.
I agree with Taylor Smith on the last review, there’s no way possible that no client within the last 3 years have had successful outcomes, I have had a accident case with this firm for 2 years. And referred others to this firm which I will never do again, None of those clients are able to reach the Paralegal, or the attorney in the last couple of years, there’s something seriously wrong, I have never had a no contact attorney, paralegal, and secretary (Mrs. Cherry).I had to go through Facebook to reach out to the secretary, please do no t contact this firm thinking they will help you with any form of case, They keep moving locations, their office phone was forwarded to the secretary’s Cell phone, she said Mr Farmer was in the office, and he didn’t contact none his clients that had been reaching out for over a year because they do not update you on anything.Clients are being told that he was dying, all kinds of things that you would assume would be a sense of urgency for the Paralegal, and that she (Kristie) would make contact with the clients but no she’s always said to be on vacation, I have contacted Chris Nakomoto about this firm, they will be on the news very soon, and we have another attorney taking immediate action against Farmer’s office, they are so unprofessional, and they don’t have no sympathy if you’re in hardship, they just have the secretary at the office Telling his clients a NEW story each time they contact.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM EVEN IF YOU Fhink you a have a open, and close case, They will pretend to be concerned until they get you under a legal contract, ONLY TO GHOST you! This firm is being held in contempt of court more than once and its pathetic that it took clients to call to contact the court, to have to make them aware that Mr Farmer was held in contempt of court multiple times for no shows on his clients behalf, never again…update April 2025-The secretary Mrs Cherry Coates been lying to the clients saying that Mr.Farmer is on his death bed, that she haven’t talked to him, that the firm is not far from shutting their doors, that Farmer is gravely ill and isn’t able to handle any cases, Oh! Not to mention that he allegedly haf a accident claim for her, and that she never got her case settled yet either which are all lies, they switched locations on their clients, switched numbers, they claim Kristie was fired, then she said Kristie walked out on then, that she went on a long months worth of a vacation up in the mountains and couldn’t be reached, at this point if you have any kind of sense you would file a complaint against this firm and it’s entities, against the lawyer and secretary because Mr Farmer is able to move around and handle a case, to speak to his clients on his cases, I’m contacting channel 9 wafb, Wbrz Chris Nakomoto will get to the bottom of this, never go here, never recommend anyone go here, keep it pushing, ask for your file, ans don’t look back, God bless all that sees this review, thank you aka Current client for many years….
He is officer of the court before he is a lawyer to his clients. People need to remember. Lawyers our loyal to the court first before their loyal to their clients…
If I could zero stars I would. I paid a $6000 retainer in August 2020 for a custody case. I did not get the papers that were to be filed till March 2021. However the papers were not what me and Richard talked about and I asked for the document to be changed. I gave the same amount of time until I tried reaching back out. I finally called the Bar association to find his contact information because the numbers listed one does not work the other goes straight to a generic voicemail. I have tried going to his office (his old Denham Office) as well as Livingston (which he is never there). I have never had the number I call actually ring and only go straight to voicemail. While I have tried looking up any contacts I signed stating the payment amounts any emails I have received from him or his paralegal have been deleted. My contact information has not changed and would really appreciate a solution to this. I understand people being busy and know reporting people to the bar association is a serious matter but that will be my next course of action as well as contacting the district attorney as one consultation and one legal document should not cost my entire retainer.
