Really friendly people that work there and are very helpful
I gave 2 stars but only because this is a free service. However the communication with my attorney is none existent, I do understand that it is probably a busy job but when you take on case it shouldn’t be an issue of the client feeling as though they are a burden or no response is needed. Seneka Land is my attorney and the communication just isn’t there, they never answer the calls, and when they do they send you to a voicemail and you never get a response or call back. And don’t bother sending an email cause it surly won’t be answered!
If i could give zero stars I would. Seneka Land was the worst experience of an attorney I’ve ever had to deal with. He is degrading, unhelpful to the point you believe he’s working for the other side, unbelievably rude, gives you zero guidance or help and is lazy. I wish I could post the emails between us, he is that horrible. Best word of advice which is more than he gave me, is Stay Away no matter what! Find anyone else, no matter how difficult it may be.
