Run don’t walk if you or anyone you know is assigned to this attorney. He doesn’t answer his phone, return calls, or emails. He also doesn’t submit evidence in your case that you provide. In our case I felt like he didn’t want to deal with it so we ended up retaining our own attorney. Said he’s there for our son, but never once tried speaking to him prior to court or right before the hearing. Sad that our tax dollars goes to someone who clearly don’t care about supporting their clients.
Doesn’t respond to emails or phone calls. Has had my Father’s estate in limbo for 5 years!!!!! Very unprofessional!!! Our family cannot get closure with my Dad’s passing because this man has not taken care of business. We are incredibly disappointed and more than frustrated.
This place is a joke. I have tried to contact my attorney Scott Carby for 6 months now. There is an order by a judge for me to see my son whomei havent seen for almost 2years and Scott wont even answer the phone or return my messages. Its terrible and if he is assigned to your case take heed and reauest a new attorney . good luck with that.
