I hired O’neal and after I was told I could no longer have access to a public defender. He misled me to believe that he had gotten the same terms and had not. He showed up late to the proceedings and had to be summoned by the baliff while I was already in front of the judge. The judge even made a joke about it and asked he had forgot and left his car on. I ended up with a worse deal than I had with the public defender and had to pay for it. If you’re choosing between the public defender and Mr. O’neal save your money or go somewhere else. I can’t tell if he is a moron or a con artist but either way he is a terrible lawyer.
Randy is great to work with! I recently had a criminal defense client who needed to coordinate her case with me and her family case in Madison County. Randy took her on and we were able to work together for the best outcome in this case while taking into account the impact on her other case at the same time. I would definitely recommend Randy again!
