I wouldn’t even give one star but zero isn’t an option… If you want to loose your case then hire this guy!! Had a consultation scheduled for 11 and he didn’t show up til almost one. The receptionist kept apologizing and saying he was in court and she was sorry. When he got there he just sat on his table and briefly talked to me about my case then said we can get this. Court date comes he DOES NOT show up, judge ended up resetting the court date. After court I called his office and spoke with his assistant and asked her why he wasn’t there and she said the other lawyer had to go out of town so there was no need for him to be there. I asked her why wasn’t I informed of it because I got in front of the judge and looked like a fool without my lawyer that I paid for being there. She just kept apologizing. The next court date he did show up, he didn’t talk to me before court, he wouldn’t use any of my proof I had against the defendant, he wouldn’t tell the judge anything I wanted him to. He just stood there and let me loose my whole case. Please, please, do not go to this guy!! I’m not sure how he is even a lawyer still.
He won’t talk to his clients before court. He goes and stands pretty doing absolutely nothing to share your side of the story or even try to.
I hated even giving them one star!! Terrible place, lie after lie over a simple paper! They took my case and drug their feet over a week and half then I found out they had represented the guy I was going after! So I will be making a complaint to the ky bar association!!
