I would give this attorney no star at all if I could. I spoke to Melissa Howard about the paternity/ custody. I asked her if she can represent me against my ex whom is having a baby by me or possibly someone else. She said “I have represented Bobby Helton Family for more than 20 years and will not represent you do to fact of Bobby Helton’s daughter, Ashly Smith. I don’t want any conflict and doesn’t feel right.” I said to her, “that is not right, I would like you to represent me also due to fact I am not going against the Helton’s but her daughter Ashley Smith.” These people are connected so close and won’t help anyone else. I do NOT RECOMMEND Melissa Howard and her other attorney named Tammy.

I keep getting harassed by people that are claiming to be from this law firm and claiming that I have a loan through Bank of America which has never ever occurred or happened and they keep calling my entire family harassing and making threats trying to get money over the phone and I had reached out to Bank of America and they said they have never had a loan through me I don’t appreciate being harassed and I will be taking the correct measures because it is fraud they’re trying to get my bank information using this business
