Do not give your money to him. He thinks of clients as employees. He told us for 2 years that he would get us the discovery on our son’s case, never happened. After a lot of wasted time and money, we’ve had to start from scratch with a new attorney.
We retained him being out of state. The reviews worried us when reading, but they are far from the truth. He was organized, efficient, and did exactly what he said. I would definitely recommend him. Thank you David!
I dealt with him 4 years ago. He was a joke!!! I gave him money and seen him then and close to a year later at one court appearance!! In my eyes he was a theif!! What did my money pay??? Absolutely Nothing!! Worst time of my life and I was also struggling with money and he did nothing but rip me off. In that long extensive period I called him probably over 100 times easily to say and I think he may have returned 2 phone calls.
