A motion was served to my “current representation” two weeks before the hearing date, he is in the retirement process and couldn’t take the case going forward. Found Vowels in the limited resources of Henderson. They were quick to answer initial information email and arrange a consultation for a last minute court date, scheduled for the next day after $200 payment. Seemed helpful in the consult, was given a card with a cell number to reach back out after picking up additional information to see about potential resolutions and options going forward. Sent texts and called the office multiple times, office staff guaranteed prompt call back, days later and no response, went to hearing date without representation and luckily it worked out. Still have not received any call back or response. Not sure what happened, but feel I was out money for no real help and still need new representation going forward.

Austin Vowels and Alex Russell don’t fight for you especially if it’s court appointed the fail return phone calls they say they will get back to you and they leave clients waiting in the dark. I showed up since they was avoiding me and he had an interview and knew I was waiting and when interview was over the secretary told me the both left for the day. They do people dirty
