Attorney Alexander was appointed the GAL of my son during phase one of Frazier V Fricano 2020 over KRS 159 Homeschooling in Kentucky. I met with her in an adversarial role in the courtroom and office, however, she earned my respect for her knowledge of legalities, careful use of words in the courtroom, and it was clear, Margaret Alexander has the best interest of my child as do I, in her actions. Additionally at the close of Fricano V Barren County School District 2020, her ability to recognize the progressive homeschooling laws in Kentucky and the importance it has for the homeschooling parent exercising their rights versus those who do not desire others to do so. Lastly, as in many cases my issue is one of many brought before the court is regarding seeking state and federal 1 state tax dollar equals 3.85 additional matching tax dollars. This argument & a rouge school district staff member in the attempt to find an ex adjunct professor with an MEd & more qualifications and experience in administrative state and federal government negligent in educating his son, is laughable. The Attorney Alexander understands holistic education in a home school setting and has done her job well and although I would have selected my own attorney from the national office of the ADL or ACLU to represent us if the summons to appear stated what the court brought forward, and not been entirely different, I would have selected a higher profile attorney however for local issue and personal issues in the Glasgow or Barren County area, Margaret Alexander is like me, a Bulldog, in the courtroom, and that is a great compliment and worthy of asking her to defend your needs in court or any other legal matter. sdf
