I was shocked by the unprofessional pressure tactics used by their employee, Brad, to try to get you to sign paperwork. I was unable to read and hospitalized, and he made a jab and how long the paperwork sat in my inbox, showing no compassion. He insisted I had to come in to sign the forms, even though I’m unable to drive. When I did, he refused to answer any questions and belittled me for asking and said he could only answer if I signed the paperwork. We had no intention of using this firm due to Brads behavior, but we wanted to ensure we evaluated them all. This one stood out by far by how little information they provided and by their lack of professionalism. I would recommend you avoid them.
