I had the WORST experience with the woman working the phones and could only imagine what the attorneys are like. I called a number listed on a website at 2:36 PM 3/7/19 for cases like mine and she told me she couldn’t help me and made it a point to speak over me when I asked what kind of cases their office did handle and she hung up on me mid sentence of me trying to explain to her that their office is listed on an attorneys information website and perhaps they might want to call and let them know they don’t handle those types of cases to avoid any future mishaps.. then I called back and I said excuse me, I was still talking and she said “oh sorry I thought we were finished” and she hung up AGAIN!!!! An attitude for absolutely no reason because I was only nice and calling to ask for some information and possibly hire them as a client if they could’ve helped… but if this is the face and the “voice” of the office working for these attorneys, I would advise anyone of considering going to them to RUN and RUN AWAY… FAST!!!! Disgusting behavior. Unprofessional. Rude and classless.
