I paid this attorney $2,500 a few years back to take my custody case that went to trial in Campbell County in front of Judge Trusty. The trial lasted 3 to 4 hours. I paid him part of the money up front to even show up. When he did show up for trial, the first thing he said before we started was “Where is the rest of my money?” I paid him the rest in full. The only legal advice he gave me was as follows “don’t cry on the stand bc the judges don’t like that.” The duration of the trial he said NOTHING. I am not exaggerating at all. There were 3 parties in this trial. Me, my kid’s dad (we were not against each other) vs. the kid’s current guardians who were slandering me in an attempt to keep the children (the children brought them money) . The attorney representing my kid’s dad began to object FOR Andrew when the opposing side had me on the stand bc Andrew said NOTHING. When the trial was over, the attorney representing my kid’s dad was floored saying “I had to represent you and you’re not even my client!” Andrew wouldn’t say a word!” Everyone in the courtroom agreed he was useless….. I spoke to pretty much everybody there after the fact and no one could believe their eyes that a paid attorney would allow that to happen. He literally took $2,500 from me just to be dead silent as I got RAILROADED….. To this day, giving this man my money is one of my biggest regrets. If I could give this man less than 1 star I would. I feel like he robbed me. He is rude and does not care about his clients, only money. Do not recommend.
