Extremely unprofessional asked a question and he asked me who I hired I told him he got mad because it’s there competition wouldn’t answer the question throwing his hands up. I couldn’t tell if he was joking or not at first because of a mental illness I have and he got even more mad when I couldn’t tell if he was joking. He says they are stealing cases of his makes sense now with his attitude I would never recommend him to anyone nor would I hire him. It’s sad to see someone 50 plus get so mad he causes a scene over who I hired the only reason I had a question was because my current lawyer doesn’t handle stuff like that.
We contacted Smith and Smith after an unscrupulous business placed an illegal lien on our property. We didn’t know what to do and were worried we would lose our home. Mr Smith took our case and made us whole again. He was truly looking out for the little guy in our case. My wife and I are forever grateful for everyone at Smith and Smith for all of their help through a very difficult time in our lives, and we will never forget what they have done for us.
David O Smith is a VERY unprofessional lawyer who has probably gotten too old for his job. I provided ever piece of documentation to him and a a simple open and close case which he drug out for over a year née costing me over 5k and now drops me after calling me and cursing me for now reason at all. He is very unstable and if he would use his anger in court instead of on his clients he would probably get better results. Every loss he blames the client and doesn’t do his job at all.
