Bertram Cox & Miller LLP, located in Campbellsville, Kentucky, has received mixed reviews from clients seeking legal assistance. While some have praised the firm for being nice and helpful, others express disappointment with the lack of communication and perceived bias in their services, particularly regarding tenant issues. Overall, the general sentiment leans towards a need for improvement in client relations and responsiveness, despite a handful of positive experiences.
Would not recommend. They will only serve landlords and refuse to serve any tenants. If I’m not mistaken that’s discrimination. Bad business if you ask me
Let’s just say that if you’re assaulted by someone that they deem important to a particular sect in the community, they won’t help and they do NOT keep in touch. These days, hospital visits, witnesses, and the reports of the police do not help. If you have someone assaulting you, I pray you have more than pictures and texts. Take videos, as that’s all the law pays attention to anymore.
I am very unimpressed/disappointed with this office. My fiancé and I had been physically assaulted on two separate occasions. We decided to file charges against the party responsible and decided on this attorney office due to its good reputation. We filed paperwork around the first week of December 2023. We were originally advised that there was more than enough evidence to show an assault occurred. The evidence included our written statements, photos of injuries, a hospital report, police report and even beyond that. Each time the office advised they would be getting back in touch, they did not. We have reached out multiple times and at this point 1 if not almost 2 months have passed where we have had no contact at all from them. More evidence had even been provided after the initial information was dropped off. It truly feels like nothing is being done to resolve this issue. Multiple calls have been made by us, to the office, but we are always given some reason they can’t get back in touch and the cycle continues. My fiancé was also advised even IF assault charges could not be pressed she could still be issued a letter of no contact due to the harassing and antagonistic behavior of the parties involved and yet we have had nothing. This is unprofessional and unacceptable in my opinion.
