Don’t waste your time with this law firm, 2 years more of my life wasted dealing with Them ,I had 2 informal conference that were never setup, never got to speak with a lawyer.. don’t waste years on the law firm of Carpenter Chartered. The law firm of Hill and Ponton referred me to Carpenter Chartered. Hill and Ponton , don’t use any of thses law firms. They took 33.3%, stay away! Add Chisholm Chisholm & Kilpatrick LTD part of a group!
I have absolutely no complaints about them. They helped me go from 90% to 100% permanent and total. You can fight the VA on your own and lose for years, or have them do it for just a little of your backpay. I work at the VA and have recommended them to dozens of other veterans.
Would give more stars if the receptionist wasn’t so insufferably rude on the phone. Zero people skills. You guys should consider someone else for the position.
