I have a benefit through my husbands employment that allows access to attorneys. The attorney Jason Fletes picked up the case. Called him and I got the impression that I was bothering him. He seem annoyed, then decided not to proceed because he’s in overland park and I’m in Topeka. I have NEVER had any issues with an attorney in overland park because I lived an hour a way. I was told to seek help in Shawnee County. IF there was an attorney available, they would’ve picked it up. Thank God he didn’t take my case because I would have fired him immediately due to his attitude.
Never hired or worked with Jason personally but in the last year I’ve had to deal with a court case for visitation/parenting plan. It’s been emotional and hard to deal with.
