My case of brain damage from being rear ended caused me to delay getting help early on. As I started to get better I got enough focus back to seek legal help but no attorneys I reached out to felt they could help me when I was coming up on the deadline to file leaving me to file for myself… making me less likely to find an attorney who was willing to take it… I posted on a board after filing seeking help and a few attorneys replied but Mr. Cross was the only one who saw I needed help, contacted me and was willing to step in… I will be forever grateful to him bc he got me the the most that could be received on the policy without going to trial (which would have required experts that would have taken away from the final payout) and he didn’t run my bill up (like I’ve heard some attorneys do) and he also negotiated my medical liens down.
