Heather was assigned as guardian ad litem for our custody case. I’ve never been so shocked at the depravity of a person who submits themselves into the public eye as a professional. Miss Landon handled our case with bias. She omitted information which should have been submitted to the court. She protected a party from possible felony criminal charges. Her job suggests she is to investigate but she contacted none of the collaterals I submitted leaving the parties feeling obligated to submit a simple email related to their experiences with the parties involved. Then during an emergency motion she filed she lied to the Judge. Don’t trust this person with your fate. There is much more about this party which I will not related here but be advised pay special attention to the behaviors of everyone else involved in your case if Heather’s involved. Question anything that seems odd or unfair.

Heather was appointed as the case manager in our protracted child custody case. During her appointment, she relied on her own extensive experience as well as input from a co-parent counselor, a child therapist, and our child’s doctor to navigate the thorny issues and help us come to a resolution that we hope will benefit our child’s development and well-being. She was fair, balanced and impartial while making her well-intentioned decisions with our child’s best interests in mind. I would recommend Heather to anyone who needs a case manager or GAL.
