Ed Bigus, is a nice guy, but a very poor attorney for the needs we had. He is not savy in MO divorce law. He is consistently unprepared for depositions, trials and hearings. He has very little knowledge of simple business structure and makes minimal attempts to understand it as it pertains to marital assets in a divorce. He is a poor communicator and refuses to prepare clients for depositions, hearings, and trials.He has inferior skills in cross-examination, and in depositions. You have to push him down the road as he has no shills in anticipating not directing the course of activities. I would not recommend him for divorse, custody nor asset settlements in a divorce. Once again, a very nice man, but a very poor and unprepared attorney in my experience of paying and working with him for over a year. I had to terminate him.
