Miranda B. Johnson, an attorney based in Manhattan, Kansas, has received mixed reviews from clients regarding her legal services. While some clients praised her for being prompt, responsive, and well-prepared, others expressed frustration over a lack of communication and follow-through after initial interactions. Overall, despite the negative feedback regarding her ethics, there are positive sentiments highlighting her effectiveness in certain aspects of her work.
No ethics or morals, lies constantly. Uses personal connections and exparte communication to win cases for drug addicted mothers. This woman literally makes a living off the suffering of children.
Miranda was great to work with—in the beginning. She WAS fast, WAS productive, WAS aggressive but that changed fairly quickly. It seemed like every time I called about about any email I sent (over a week ago, every time) the excuse was “things have been crazy”. She would then answer any questions or concerns I had, showing me that she did read it and just chose not to respond. I paid $3000 for services and it seemed like every time I wanted something I would have to tell her and remind her constantly on what to do. I was supposed to be paying her to execute the actions and fight for what was best for my daughter and to me (of course I am ignorant because I do not work in law—I felt like we had a super strong case). When we had mediation I cannot even explain how I had to constantly defend myself. I literally paid for her to sit in the room, she knew what I wanted and I forced to fight with the Ret. judge who held the mediation and voice my concerns. I would recommend for getting together paperwork but anything other than that don’t bother.
No ethics…

1 Review on “Miranda B. Johnson”
When I was a young mother in a custody battle with my ex, she gave me terrible legal advise. We moved to Texas and had to retain her as an attorney, as our case remained in KS. Attempting to make changes to parenting plans, she made me write everything up myself to be filed then never responded to my calls or emails again.
