Unprepared for appointments, late on both scheduled appointments. One sided and biased. Men beware this is not a fair organization. Without hearing two parts of the story she made a decision based on only one parties testimony. Denying birth parents rights over step parents feelings. Started with 50/50 custody she recommended to judge I loose my custody and have every other weekend even though I have never caused reason for reduced parenting time. When I asked questions her response was” I don’t need to answer you” when asked about making up lost parenting time her response was” get over it and move on”
Melissa Richards is a very thorough lawyer that communicates effectively. She made my divorce process smooth and manageable. I am incredibly thankful for her and her legal assistant, Lisa, for all their hard work. I was dreading this process. I HIGHLY recommend her for guidance and ease of process.
