He was appointed to me by the state. Did a terrible job wasnt open to listen to this client. Told me that he was an attorney and that I knew nothing because I had a degree. After my trial he told a colleagues niece that his closing sucked, that he wasn’t prepared for trial and that he did a terrible job then proceeded to laugh and say oh well. The colleagues niece then ran to the parking lot to seek out my son’s mother to inform her. He lied to me about certain things that turned out to be false. Robbing me of my right to have competent assistance of counsel. Never bet your life on him like I did.
I hired Brandon Smith. He is unethical and lies. I just filed a complaint with the board. Do not hire this guy if you value time and money. There are better and ethical attorneys availabele. He doesnt like black people and is scum
