Worst lawyer experience of our lives. He will take your money and get pointless revenue and always agree with the other party and never represent his own clients purposely. This is the worst lawyer I’ve ever had any contact with through speeding tickets, family, law, or simple Dispute with neighbors through litigation. He will take weeks to respond back and also think he’s smarter than you so there’s no point in arguing your case. Horrible culture, cander and transparency.

Hired Mr. Bodle back in 2016. I told him from the first appointment that my case was a serious concern and I needed papers filed ASAP. Over a month later he had not filed anything. Basic communication was also a struggle. I sent a certified letter saying his services would no longer be needed as I was going to hire another attorney who would handle may case promptly. He then emailed saying he would give only half of my deposit back, unless I would come speak to him in person. I was absolutely floored that he would hold my money, after doing NOTHING on my case, simply because I would not give him an opportunity to convince me he was worth another chance. If you need an attorney in Douglas County, do yourself a favor and avoid John Bodle. Adam Hall is who I hired and he was AMAZING!

I usually don’t leave reviews and in the event that I do they are generally positive…I cannot do that this time and that’s very frustrating.
