I seriously question this attorney’s ethics. He is taking advantage of a mentally ill young man by suing his loving and attentive father over completely bogus claims. Any reputable attorney would have politely turned him down. I believe ambulance chasers have more morals than this
I was forced to hire this firm to split an IRA and I have to say… probably wouldn’t do it again. Curtis quoted me $3000 to split two and ended up that I only needed one split and ended up paying out $4000. Curtis is judgmental, unprofessional, arrogant, inconsiderate, and extremely rude! He is NOT a people person, his only interest is the money! I also had interaction with his partner, Adina Morse; she was also more concerned about the money however, she managed to keep her personal opinions out of it and was professional enough to adjust my bill accordingly. My overall review is “poor” but if you need a firm that does this work, I would go with Adina. I wouldn’t hire Curtis to tie my shoe!
Most horrible legal experience. Avoid at all costs, unless you just don’t care about your representation. Told me I had a damages case and he was very interested in pursuing it. After three months of hearing nothing, I reached out only to have him tell me he decided not to take my case after all. Meanwhile, I am drowning both financially and emotionally in the problems I was trying to sue to get retribution for. Do yourself a favor and find another lawyer with integrity who actually follows through on their word. He talks a good game and then fails to act.
