Vader Jay H, an attorney in Kansas City, Kansas, is highly regarded for his dedication to helping clients with their legal needs, particularly in expungement cases. Many reviewers appreciate his straightforward communication and commitment to guiding them through the process, often highlighting his willingness to assist those in difficult situations. While some clients have experienced challenges post-expungement, the overall sentiment reflects confidence in his abilities and a positive impression of his character as a lawyer.
I went in to his office to have my record expunged so that I could get my firearm rights back. He said he would do that for me and that his fee is $600 total including the $195 docket fee. I paid him in cash the whole $600 and he got a court date about two weeks after he received the money. Jay Vader informed me that I wouldn’t have to show up to any of the court dates. Finally after about two months he said that the prosecutor and the judge had approved my expungement and that he would send me a copy of the expungement order. I received the expungement order and tried to purchase a firearm about 4 months after receiving the expungement order. I was denied the NICS background check and requested an explanation for the denial. The reason I got was because my expungement wasn’t a true expungement for federal firearm purposes. I sent the letter I got from the FBI to his office and spoke to Jennifer about it and she said she would have him call me but after two weeks he still have not contacted me. I want my money back or for my record to be expungement so that I can get my firearm rights back. If i wasn’t able to get my firearm rights back, him being my attorney, should have advised me of that
Jay is a good man who helps those in need with their court cases. Give him a call. You wont be disappointed.
