Not only is Luanne a crappy attorney. She’s not a good human being. This woman is supposed to be or was representing my husband and I could not get her to answer the phone. Good luck trying to reach her and finally I got fed up and went to her office And she told me straight up she doesn’t wanna help him anymore. Ma’am, that’s your job so if I could give zero stars I would. Then in court today the judge said do you represent such and such? She said, hopefully not after today and very loudly laughed while she sat with the DA. The blatant disrespect by this woman shows that she is not a good human being, as well as not a good attorney. She actually laughed in his face in open court bc she failed to file an appeal and an appeal bond as requested the day after court. Due to her inability to do her job my husband has been in jail wrongfully.
Luann is truly wonderful. I appreciate her exceptional work and the way she won my cases. She is very kind and dedicated. However, I did encounter some challenges with communication. It was sometimes difficult to reach her, and important dates were often communicated to me at the last minute. Improving this aspect of her service would make the experience even better. Overall, I am very grateful for her support.
I don’t know who would want to hire an attorney who does not have any Backbone or the Kahuna’s to let someone know that they owe a bill as Trummel claimed that I did. I hired Trummel in 2019. I paid her the quoted $$$ amount. I attempted to get ahold of her several times via voicemail and emails. She never returned my calls or emails. I needed my paperwork from the case that she handled so I had no choice but to wait at her office until she returned . Trummel then accused me of still owing her $240. I paid her in pmts. I had to go back and look for the check I wrote to her and when I found it I asked why in the world would you not return a call or email to let me know that I owed money instead of just ignoring me!! The fact that she has No Backbone speaks volumes of what kind of an attorney she is.
