It has now been two weeks since I drove an hour and a half to sign paperwork and Nick still has not filed it. Belittled me the whole time I sat in the office because there’s just “soo many cases” and then proceeds to never file them so I can get my cases expunged.
I had reached out for expungement help a couple of years ago. I was quite disappointed in the first attorney because she basically told me she was working on my case but then nearly a year later I asked what was happening in my case and she had left the company. After a few months I was contacted by Nick Velo, and have been extremely pleased with his assistance. He was always professional and helpful and responded to my emails in less than a day. He secured my expungements and helped me receive waiver for fees. I could not be happier. And despite the rough start and disappointment, Nick has really stepped up and made good on everything I had hoped for.
