We received a ticket while working locally from out of state. After making about ten phone calls without any luck, I spoke to Ann in the Schneider office. She was kind, professional, and understanding of the situation. After paying to retain Mr. Schneider (which was very reasonable in my opinion), he went to the prosecutor and worked out the best possible outcome for our case. Thank you so much Schneider law!
If you are lucky enough for them to actually answer the phone don’t bother. They won’t call you back before court date to even see if they can help. If I could give no stars I would.
I feel like I am being discriminated against. I can’t even get a return phone call. And I have called several times and been told someone would get back to me with no response.
