Sits on cases for months at a time. Files absolutely NOTHING, tells you that there’s nothing to file in your case when clearly a graham cracker would know exactly what to file. And this guy is a magistrate?! I feel extremely sad for those that have to deal with this lawyer. No drive, no passion, & even less knowledge of the laws! Hire at you’re own risk. You’d honestly be better off going pro se & start researching if you can’t afford or get a court appointed attorney. The problem with this world today is everyone has gotten LAZY!!! We pay you to do a job, & expect it to be done!!!
I just want to say that I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney to represent me. They were absolutely amazing and very involved and very prompt with responding to me. Quite possible not just the worst attorney/magistrate on earth but also the worst person. Incredibly rude, unintelligent, demeaning, and abrasive. Not to mention the secret he’s hiding calls into serious question his ability to be impartial. You’re better off with a squirrel representing you and if he has a case of your, even just a traffic ticket, do everything you can to get a different person to rule on it. You’ll be forever thankful you did.
