The worst. We rented a property for them and they took forever to have it ready. Then they were never in the office and also very hard to contact them over the phone. On the last days of our stay, it was really cold and the heater went out, we didn’t have hot water, and the stove for some reason stopped working. We had to contact someone but they couldn’t do anything since the line for the gas was in someone else name. It was weird since they never told us that we had a gas line at the house. It was the worst day to pack up our things. I got really sick and my baby, we had to spend money to sleep in a hotel. Would not recommend it
