Not even 1 star, i attended a CINA hearing where he said he felt PITY for the accused parent. Duh GAL your job is to help parents not try to PITY them. This is a parent who you never reached out to once. You need retrained on GALs responsibilities. Oh by the way your not supposed to go against the childs best intrests…

Since the start of my case Mark has not returned my calls, has failed to remain in contact with me regarding the case and situation. He’s not a mutual party at all, or in favor of my children’s best interest as his involvement with my case his duties are to ensure the safety and well being of my children in which he has failed to do my entire case. I would not recommend him for any cases involving children, and his communication is very poor. I would have not even gave him one star if it was my choice. Very disappointed with performance from Mark J Neary and my case(s) involving my children.
