Horrible lawyers. Bought a home never received an email or a call from them they only contacted me Though the bank that I used for the mortgage. Then when I went to sell they never finished the paperwork or returned the abstracts to the bank so in hope that I wouldn’t be delayed more I had them finish the paperwork and asked them to send off the abstracts to be updated. Instead of doing that that they waited till I had a purchase agreement and then dropped the ball again by waiting almost 3 weeks after that to send them off causing more delays then when the closing was to happen they never called or even emailed me to ask or even tell me the date and time of closing. I only found out through the buyers. They charged me double the rate and didn’t do even close to a good job. So in other works if you like decent lawyers you may go somewhere else
Extremely slow! The accounting records I received were on a hand written ledger that absolutely was unreadable. This is 2025, you would think hand written ledgers would have been put to bed at least 25 years ago! I was not impressed in the least with service! I wish you better luck if you use their services!
