Knowledgeable and capable. Experience from doing it all of the time. Stretched thin due to the financial constraints of the Iowa legislature which limit the resources and number of lawyers able to do these cases. Trained to be very capable but the legislature has made the time available to them limited.
So now it makes sense why the job that was done by Jennifer Miralles was done so poorly when representing a republican client. Won’t say who cause of retaliation. How do you all employ someone who wishes for political violence. Especially when it can affect so many people. She should be fired from her job. Not resign but fired. Now nobody can trust the public defenders office cause you employ people like this. Disgusting. I know convictions will be appealled on this disgusting stance alone
