How hard is it to answer the phone that’s been ringing for an hour?
Thomas Severin is absolute garbage. No communication whatsoever. He told me do not leave a voicemail because he won’t check it and to send an email instead. Well I sent an email and no response for over 2 MONTHS. Apparently nobody there knows how to answer a damn phone. Called 5 times a day for a week and nothing.
