The whole staff is rude, demeaning, and condescending. I would never use them again. I was even asked if I was 5 years old because I said I wanted to talk about the case with my father. They said I was unhappy with my settlement. No I wasn’t, they’re just saying that to cover for themselves. That’s why I’m giving them one star even though they don’t deserve it.
